Van & Truck Hire (Pty) Ltd is a 100% citizen-owned company of Botswana and has been setting the standard in plant, equipment hire and civil solutions in Botswana since its establishment in 1974. VTH Operations Center is 8000m² and our joint warehousing covers 1200m².
VTH has grown successfully since inception and is dedicated to achieving complete customer satisfaction by building client relationships and providing reliable equipment across all its divisions to support our customers’ specific project requirements.

VTH offers civil engineering works focusing on bulk earthworks, load and haul operations, excavation, drainage and water reticulation. We also offer specialized heavy haulage logistics services for up to 30T loads. VTH is a member of The Association of Botswana Building and Civil Engineering Contractors and is dedicated to achieving complete customer satisfaction by building client relationships and providing reliable equipment across all its divisions to support our customers’ specific project requirements and needs.

VTH provides quality equipment, competitive pricing and quick delivery to meet all our customers’ requirements. All our machinery is operated by our own trained and licensed operators and we offer internal equipment maintenance and servicing as well as on site back-up. We hire the following equipment: Excavators, Loaders, Dozers, Back hoe loaders, Tipping trucks, Motor graders, Roller compactors and Water carts. We also provide maintenance and equipment services from our 3500m² workshop facility which is situated in Gaborone and also utilize our five mobile service teams covering the country.
